what is more accurate, a color carotid Doppler ultrasound or a contrast coratid MRA?

I had both. The ultrasound showed a boakage 40-50% on the right internal carotid artery and 20-30% on the left. I then had a contrast MRA of the carotids and it showed nothing.
I think, generally, the ARM is a more accurate form of imaging compared to Doppler ultrasound. However, both have their limitations.
Personally, I would get the results that the MRA and go talk to your regular doctor and see what his interpretation of results.

Vasa Previa – what people really need to know

I fail to share the cash-on-hand awareness of the conquest of Vasa Previa as I finish them feel not sufficiently checked on before birth because it is rare. If Vasa previa is not picked up before birth - it can lead to achieving the most horrific and sagacity of the unsatisfactory effect of the baby or even death. That's what it looks like the kernel.
