Hi, would appreciate info from any cat lovers / experts out there. im moving in with my gf reallyyy soon and I want a cat. However, she is allergic to cats, is there a particular race or anything that has the least effect on allergies PPLS?

Most cats shedding most leave saliva, hair coated around as light hair are probably worse. Your GF should not live with a cat, unless it is prepared to take anti-allergic or get shots for cat allergies. My allergist is not willing to give the shots for cat allergies as his suggestion is to get rid of the cat (not an option, IMO).
