Physical Therapy techniques for my HIP FLEXOR?
What physical therapy (PT) or the march of technical exercises should I use to build my new hip flexors (s)?
I am a BK amputee since 1976 as I have worn many versions of prostheses bk. My approach has been very irregular since my first prosthesis (1977) today as I was told by my prosthetist that my hip flexors should be strengthened to help my beautiful (rhythm and pace.)
Please RE. with graphs / charts so I will know what exercises help you better.
Thank you.
What exactly are the gaps in your approach? In my experience, people usually experience a phase Limted parking position or phase supporting member. In my experience, people rarely need to strengthen their muscles, hip flexors, rather they need to increase flexibility of them or they need to strengthen the abductors on the healthy side to deal with shortfalls I mentioned more high. . Do you see a PT? They should be able to tell you what it leads to your deficits.
However, some exercises to strengthen the hip flexors include a simple easy straight leg raise (lying on your back and lift your leg, or a more advanced, as here:

... Sorry, I put the wrong link before ... it should be good.
