Are there any companies or web sites that help disabled people use computers from their beds?

I am disabled due to scoliosis. I'm patient, but I am limited in what I can do because of progressive neuropathy in both arms and shoulders.
If anyone has had experience with similar I really appreciate the insight from your experiences. Ty!
I have several friends who are quadriplegic and use a computer fairly Abley. Look into mouthsticks, headpointers, software, voice-activated and touch screens.

What a proof of ownership, eh? I had the blog all over, and click "tack", and details of this die-WIT would do nothing .... turn if off it and back on ..... 2 times ... You lose whatever I wrote and will try to give you ... I realize this was not too overwhelming! I do not know how he is "listening to Liz, but this inanimate object in sleep is harder for me to get cons that I work for the lull .... I 'advised entertain "when I go face is almost" creepy ... but I'll get to know him. Fitting Dave and Annie went to church today, and Liz and I made the lunch.I made the party line and she made the afters! We have an apple tree, so she tried a new procedure for apple pie ..... and it was wonderful .... but I wish she would be able to eat and have a ball more. I take it likes to cook and do things to make us euphoric, and watching as we take pleasure what she does .... but it is stark for me to lift things when I get familiar with it can not enjoy herself .. ... I do not distinguish whether this makes any meaning, but it is hoped to start digging what I despised.
The 24' keep track of died yesterday after a power outage, relying on this cracked 15 inch LCD as backup for the twinkling. Pretty frustrating trying to edit photos on it. So if some of the colors on the earlier posts seem really funky, reprove the monitor! :) Good new is the new 27'...
