What is the treatment for scoliosis if I am 21?

I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 11, but doctors said that I had not had my period they could not do anything but watch the curve. Now I'm 21 and it seems he grew up. I have an angle of 35 degrees with a 7mm difference right away. Does anyone know what my treatment will be? I gotta go see a specialist in the spine, but I'm so scared. This is not really noticeable. I mean, even look at my shoulder blades and all. Does anybody know?

Your treatment will be to keep back muscles strong and if you have pain, maybe see a doctor about pain. If your curve and increases your quality of life of tanks, you may end up having surgery anyway. At 35 degrees, you will not have been operated for a long time, though.
